Indian real estate runs on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and missed calls.
We watched our friends running brokerages in Pune lose deals every week — not because they didn't have buyers, but because they couldn't keep up. Spreadsheets in 12 places. WhatsApp threads with 200 buyers each. No way to know which lead was hot at 9 PM on a Tuesday.
Global CRMs didn't fit. Salesforce was built for software sales in San Francisco, not for selling 3BHK in Worli. The integrations were broken. The language was foreign. The price tag — impossible.
So we built Nexvork. From day one, every feature was designed for how Indian real estate actually works: WhatsApp-first communication, AI fluent in Hindi and Marathi, RERA-aware data fields, locality-smart property matching, and pricing that makes sense for an India-based 5-agent team or a 500-agent national developer.
