1. Who we are

Nexvork Technologies ("Nexvork", "we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered real estate CRM platform at nexvork.com. We are headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India, with an operations office in Nagpur, Maharashtra. We act as the data controller for personal information you submit through our public website and as a data processor for information your team enters into the CRM.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Contact form submissions: name, business email, phone number, company, team size, area of interest, and the message you send us.
• Account information: when you create or are added to a Nexvork workspace — name, email, role, profile photo, and authentication credentials.
• Subscription & billing: billing contact, GST/tax identifiers, billing address. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider — Nexvork does not store full card numbers.
• Customer & lead data: any data your team enters into the CRM (lead contacts, deals, listings, notes, files). You remain the controller of this data.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information (user agent, OS, screen size).
• IP address and approximate location derived from it.
• Usage events (pages viewed, features used, click events for product analytics).

3. How we use information

• To provide, secure, and improve the Nexvork platform and website.
• To respond to demo requests, sales enquiries, and support tickets.
• To send transactional emails (account notifications, billing receipts, security alerts).
• To send product updates and marketing communications you have consented to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on one or more of the following bases: your consent; performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services; and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Sub-processors who run our infrastructure (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics). Each is bound by data-processing terms.
• Authorities when required by valid legal process under Indian law.
• Acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets — users will be notified before any transfer.

6. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months unless deleted earlier on request. Workspace data is retained for the life of your subscription plus 30 days after termination to allow for export. Backups are rotated and fully purged within 90 days.

7. Security

We protect your data with TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. While no system is perfectly secure, we work hard to use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a portable copy of your data.

Nexvork is a B2B product not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
