Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident in your subscription. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and downgrades work on Nexvork.
Summary. You can cancel any time from your workspace. New paid annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the paid period.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription in your Nexvork workspace, or by writing to nexvork@gmail.com from the registered billing email. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next renewal.
- You can continue to export your data for 30 days after the period ends.
2. Refund eligibility
2.1 Annual plans — 7-day refund window
If you purchase a new annual plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the first charge, provided that:
- The request is made from the billing contact's registered email.
- The workspace has not exceeded fair-use limits (no bulk data exports or abusive usage during the trial week).
- This is the first annual plan purchased for the workspace.
2.2 Monthly plans
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, your account remains active until the end of the paid month.
2.3 Auto-renewals
If you forgot to cancel before an annual renewal and have not used the platform meaningfully in the prior 60 days, write to us within 14 days of the renewal charge. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may issue a prorated or full refund.
3. Non-refundable items
- Add-on usage fees that have already been consumed (e.g., AI credits, message sends).
- Custom onboarding, implementation, or professional services that have been delivered.
- Third-party charges (payment processor fees, SMS/WhatsApp delivery costs).
4. How to request a refund
- Email nexvork@gmail.com from your registered email.
- Include your workspace name, invoice number, and reason for the refund.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a decision.
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of the higher-tier plan; instead, you keep the higher tier until the end of the paid period.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, your workspace may be suspended pending resolution. We always prefer to resolve billing issues directly — please email us first.
7. Service interruptions
In the rare event of a sustained service outage materially impacting your use of Nexvork, please refer to the service level commitments in your order form. Where applicable, service credits are issued in lieu of cash refunds.
